Under-eye hollowing is often caused by a loss of deeper structural support around the eye rather than simply being a “surface hollow”. As the anatomy changes over time, the area can start to look darker, more tired, and more fatigued, even when you feel perfectly well.
At The Gorgeous Clinic, we take a more advanced approach to this concern. Rather than relying on superficial filler placement, we carefully restore support around the orbital rim itself to recreate a smoother transition beneath the eyes. Generally, 1 to 2 syringes are required. This allows the result to look fresher and more natural, while avoiding the puffiness, heaviness, or obvious filler look that can happen when the area is treated poorly.

This is a highly advanced treatment and not everybody is suitable. During your consultation, we will assess the structure of the area properly and decide whether under-eye hollowing correction is the right option for you, or whether another approach would give a better result. When treated well, the improvement can be dramatic while still looking soft, elegant, and completely believable.
