Chin Filler
Chin filler is used to improve projection, shape, and lower-face balance by adding structure where it is naturally lacking. Even subtle enhancement in this area can make a noticeable difference to the overall profile and facial harmony.
It is often used as part of a wider facial balancing approach, especially when the chin looks slightly weak in relation to the lips, nose, or jawline. When done well, the result should look clean, elegant, and naturally proportioned.
Facial Balancing and Harmonisation
Facial balancing is about looking at the face as a whole, rather than focusing on one isolated feature in isolation. The most beautiful results usually come from understanding how the lips, chin, cheeks, jawline, and profile all work together.
By treating the face holistically, we can create results that feel more natural, refined, and balanced overall. Sometimes the best outcome does not come from doing more to one area, but from making thoughtful adjustments that bring the entire face into better harmony.

Chin Filler vs Jawline Filler: Which Does Your Face Need?
You want a fresher, more balanced lower face, but you are not sure whether your chin or your jawline needs attention...
The chin plays a huge role in facial balance. Even a small lack of projection can make the lower face feel weaker, less defined, or out of proportion with the rest of the profile. Chin dermal filler is a beautiful way to restore structure, improve harmony, and create a stronger, more refined finish without surgery.
At The Gorgeous Clinic, we treat the chin with a highly considered approach, focusing on projection, shape, and how the chin sits in relation to the lips, jawline, and nose. Some clients want a softer profile refinement, while others need more forward support to create proper balance. In both cases, the goal is the same: a result that looks smooth, elegant, and believable rather than obviously “done”.

In some clients, the mentalis muscle may also be working strongly, which can affect how the chin sits and how filler settles. Where appropriate, this may be discussed as part of a wider treatment plan. Every chin enhancement is bespoke, and the amount of product recommended will depend entirely on your anatomy and the result you want to achieve.
