PDO Tightening Threads

PDO tightening threads are designed to improve skin quality, refine mild laxity, and create a firmer, tighter finish in areas where the tissue has started to soften. Unlike a thread lift, these threads are not used to mechanically reposition the face. Instead, they work more subtly by supporting the skin, encouraging collagen production, and helping the treated area look smoother, tighter, and more refined as they settle.
At The Gorgeous Clinic, we use PDO smooth threads and screw threads in carefully selected lengths depending on the area being treated and the result we want to achieve. The most common treatment zones are the lower cheeks and chin, where the threads can help tighten crepey skin, improve skin tension, and create a fresher, more supported contour. In suitable clients, they can also be used around the eyes or other smaller areas where fine tightening is needed.
