Nasolabial folds often deepen with age as facial support changes beneath the skin. This is not just a surface issue — it usually reflects volume loss and structural change around the mid-face and piriform region, which is why simply placing dermal filler directly into the line is not always the most elegant solution.
At The Gorgeous Clinic, we take a more anatomical approach. By restoring support in the deeper structures around the fold, we can soften the line in a way that looks fresher, lighter, and far more natural on animation. This helps avoid the heavy or overfilled appearance that can happen when too much weight is placed directly into an active part of the face.

Every treatment is bespoke. Some clients need only a subtle amount of support, while others may benefit from treating the surrounding facial structure as part of a wider rejuvenation plan. The price varies based on the number of syringes required, which can range from 1 to 4. The goal is always the same: to soften the fold beautifully, preserve a natural smile, and create a result that simply looks like a better-rested version of you.
