A delicate anti-wrinkle treatment for early vertical lip lines, helping to soften movement before deeper creases form. A consultation is usually advised first, as relaxing this area can lengthen the upper lip in some clients, and dermal filler is sometimes a better option.

A delicate anti-wrinkle treatment that softens the fine vertical lines around the mouth by relaxing the tiny fibres of the orbicularis oris muscle. It is a lovely option for early lip lines, especially when the creases are still subtle and not yet deeply etched into the skin.
This treatment does need careful assessment, as relaxing the area too much can elongate the upper lip in some clients. For that reason, we usually recommend a consultation first to make sure it is likely to produce a beautiful and balanced result.

Where lip lines have already become deeper or more established, anti-wrinkle treatment alone is often not enough. In those cases, we would usually recommend combining it with dermal filler for a smoother and more complete correction.
