Frown Lines: Why You Look Cross, And How To Soften Them
You worry that constant frowning has left a permanent scowl. That vertical crease between the brows is usually a mix of...
Some upper-face lines become deeply etched over time, especially through the forehead and glabella, where years of repeated expression can leave visible creases in the skin even when the muscles are no longer moving. In these cases, anti-wrinkle treatment alone may help relax the area, but it cannot fully remove a line that has already become static.
At The Gorgeous Clinic, we offer a more advanced approach for suitable clients by carefully treating these lines with dermal filler to soften and re-support the crease itself. This is a highly specialised area of aesthetics and requires precise technique, excellent anatomical knowledge, and a very controlled medical approach. When carried out properly, the skin can look significantly smoother and more refreshed without looking heavy or unnatural.

This treatment is not suitable for everybody, and the upper third of the face should only ever be treated by a practitioner with advanced experience in this area. During your consultation, we will assess whether forehead or frown line correction is appropriate for you and whether this should be combined with anti-wrinkle treatment as part of a wider plan.
