How long do thread lift results last?

Most clients enjoy results for 12–18 months, depending on their individual collagen response and lifestyle. The threads dissolve gradually over 6–9 months, but the collagen scaffold they stimulate continues to support and lift the skin long after.

Does a thread lift hurt?

We use local anaesthetic, so you’ll feel pressure and gentle movement, but not pain. Most clients describe the sensation as “strange but absolutely manageable,” and are shocked by how smooth the procedure goes once it begins.

What is the downtime after a thread lift?

Expect mild swelling, tenderness, and tightness for 3–7 days. Tiny entry points heal within 24–48 hours.

Some people experience temporary dimpling or pulling sensations, which settle as the threads integrate.

You can return to normal activities quickly, but we advise avoiding heavy workouts, facial massages, and dental treatments for 1–2 weeks. A face support garment is provided and should be worn for the first week, then as much as possible for the remaining 3 weeks.

Am I a good candidate for a thread lift?

Thread lifts are ideal for clients noticing mild-to-moderate sagging, early jowls, or flattening of the mid-face who want lift without surgery.
They work exceptionally well as part of a combined plan with dermal filler for contour, or fat dissolving in the jowl area for sharper definition.
